AllTracks Information or Permission Catalog
AllTracks collects and uses your information for the following purposes:
(I) User Registration/Login
1. Range of Necessary and Non-Necessary Information:
When you use the registration function, you need to provide at least your personal email for account registration, and we will verify the validity of your identity by sending a verification code to this email. This information is necessary for this function, and if you do not provide it, you will not be able to complete the registration.
AllTracks provides you with biometric login services based on face and fingerprint information (hereinafter referred to as "biometric services"). "Biometric information" refers to unique physiological characteristics that can be used to distinguish individuals, such as faces, fingerprints, etc. Before you open and use biometric services, please carefully read the "Facial and Fingerprint Login Authorization Agreement," especially the terms marked in bold. After fully understanding the relevant content, decide whether to confirm and agree to this agreement.
The biometric services we provide rely on the biometric function system permissions provided by the mobile or other smart devices (hereinafter referred to as "your device") you use to log in to AllTracks. In other words, the biometric services we provide do not collect or store your biometric information such as face or fingerprints; instead, they obtain biometric function system permissions through the authorization instructions you send to the device manufacturer. If your device provides a biometric function, the understanding is that the collection, storage, and comparison of your biometric information will be completed by the smartphone or device you use and its system, based on the authorization instructions sent to obtain biometric function system permissions. Generally, such devices can compare the user's biometric information with the feature data previously stored on the device for verification,
such as Apple's Touch ID, Face ID, and similar technologies in the Android system.
To enable the biometric function on your device, you need to meet the requirements of the device's operating system to enable the corresponding biometric function, and enter valid biometric information. The types of biometric information available for verification will be determined by the device's software and hardware system. For example, certain models of smartphones produced by Apple support facial verification but not fingerprint verification, while other models only support fingerprint verification. The biometric information you enter will only be stored on that device, and if you change devices, you will need to re-enter your biometric information on the new device.
You can choose to enable or disable facial login or fingerprint login through "profile-settings-Account." The specific options available for setting will be based on the options displayed within AllTracks. To confirm that you are the one who has enabled or disabled a certain biometric function on a certain device, we may need to verify your account password or other identity elements. If you choose to enable a certain biometric function, when you send us an operational command, we will prioritize confirming your command through that biometric function.
Please only enable biometric functions on your own devices and use your own biometric information to send operational commands. If your device sends operational commands to us through a biometric function, that command is considered your own intention, and we will operate based on that command. We remind you to choose a secure and reliable smartphone or other device. If you have doubts about the biometric functions on your device, we recommend using a password or other verification methods."
"When you use the login function, you need to provide us with the email you used for registration and log in after entering the verification code. You can also log in using your username, but according to relevant laws and regulations, the Company may still require your phone number and corresponding verification code for verification. When you forget your login password and need to recover it, you need to provide us with the email you used for registration. We will send a verification code to that email, and once the verification is successful, you can enter a new password and log in again. This type of information is necessary for the login function, and if you do not provide it, you will not be able to log in normally.
